Marco Marcelletti

Marco Marcelletti (b. August 7, 1999, Penne, Italy) is an Italian jazz pianist, composer, and educator based in Brussels, active across the Belgian and Italian jazz scenes.
He began studying piano at the age of ten and was admitted to the Bachelor’s program at the Conservatorio “L. D’Annunzio” in Pescara while still in high school, graduating with highest honors. He later continued his studies in Brussels, earning a Master’s degree in Jazz Piano from the Koninklijk Conservatorium Brussel, a Specialized Master’s degree from the Conservatoire Royal de Bruxelles, and a Master’s degree in Music Pedagogy.
Marco has performed at major jazz festivals across Europe, including Brussels Jazz Weekend, Klarafestival, JazzAscona, Tolentino Jazz, SanGiò Jazz, Teate Winter Fest, and Nuoro Jazz, collaborating with musicians such as Peter Hertmans, Fabrice Alleman, Maurizio Giammarco, Manuel Trabucco, Eliott Knuets, and Stéphane Chausse. His recordings include Spellbound and Where Gold Breaks (WOW Records).
Alongside his performing career, Marco is an active educator and composer. His music draws on the jazz tradition while embracing contemporary influences, combining lyricism, spontaneity, and a deep commitment on research and improvisation.
